Chatter is a group-first, creator-powered, and community-driven platform built for real-time connection.
It is designed for people who want to build communities around shared interests, host live conversations, engage directly with their audiences, and create meaningful spaces where people can participate, contribute, and belong.
Chatter gives creators, community leaders, and users the ability to connect through voice, video, chat, live rooms, groups, and interactive tools that make communities feel active, personal, and alive.

Rules and Restrictions
🔒 Abuse or Harassment
We have zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or targeting others through insults, threats, or malicious behavior.
📵 Doxxing
The sharing of private or personally identifiable information (e.g., phone numbers, addresses, financial info) without consent is strictly prohibited. This will result in an immediate permanent ban.
🚫 Pornographic or Sexual Content
Explicit images, videos, or audio, including simulated acts, are not allowed anywhere on the platform. This includes revenge porn or any non-consensual content. This will result in an immediate permanent ban.
🛑 Hate Speech
Do not post, speak, share, or promote anything that discriminates, incites, dehumanizes, or attacks others based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexuality, nationality, age, disability, or other protected characteristics.
❌ Illegal or Dangerous Activity
Do not use Chatter to sell, solicit, promote, coordinate, or discuss illegal products, services, or activities. This includes scams, hacking, weapons, drugs, fraud, exploitation, or other dangerous conduct.
🔁 Platform Deception or Abuse
No bots, fake accounts, spam, coordinated manipulation, or misleading tactics to inflate group numbers, boost engagement, disrupt rooms, or abuse platform features. Platform manipulation damages trust and may result in penalties, suspension, or permanent removal.
🎭 Impersonation
Do not pretend to be someone you are not, whether a celebrity, public figure, brand, organization, creator, or another user. Misrepresentation undermines community safety and authenticity.
🧠 Misinformation
Sharing content that is intentionally false, misleading, or dangerous is not allowed, especially in areas involving health, public safety, emergencies, financial harm, civic processes, or elections.
⚠️ Suicide or Self-Harm
Do not promote, encourage, or glorify suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or other harmful behavior. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please use in-app reporting tools to seek help or contact local emergency resources.
🔞 Violent or Extremist Content
Chatter does not allow threats, violent speech, glorification of terrorism, extremist recruitment, or graphic media involving violence, gore, or real-world harm.
🚪 Promoting Third-Party Platforms in a Harmful or Abusive Way
Chatter is built to help communities grow and engage on Chatter. Users may not use the platform primarily to redirect, recruit, or move Chatter users to third-party platforms in a way that harms the Chatter community experience.
This includes repeatedly encouraging users to leave Chatter for another platform, using Chatter rooms, groups, chats, profiles, or posts mainly to migrate audiences elsewhere, or promoting outside platforms in a way that disrupts communities, reduces engagement, or exploits Chatter’s tools for off-platform growth.
Sharing relevant links, creator pages, websites, or outside resources may be allowed when they support the conversation or community experience. However, using Chatter as a funnel to pull users away from Chatter may result in content removal, reduced visibility, suspension, or permanent account action.
🚫 False Reports
Do not submit deliberately false or misleading reports of abuse, harassment, or other violations. Misuse of our reporting tools compromises trust and diverts resources away from genuine issues. Repeated submission of false reports may result in suspension or permanent ban from Chatter.
Enforcement
- Immediate Bans: For doxxing, pornographic content, severe threats, or serious safety violations.
- Suspension and Review: For hate speech, spam, platform abuse, off-platform poaching, or repeat offenses.
- Content Removal or Reduced Visibility: For content that violates these guidelines or harms the community experience.
- Appeals: Users may appeal enforcement actions by contacting support.
We investigate reports and take action to preserve the integrity, safety, and quality of the platform.
Reporting and Support
Use in-app tools to report any violations or concerning behavior. Our moderation team reviews reports with care and may take action when content, behavior, or account activity violates these guidelines.
